# Privacy Policy

Privacy policy for the game “Foldfall”

Foldfall is a block battle for two on one device. The game works without an account, without internet, without ads and without tracking. We follow the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

## What we collect

Nothing. The app makes no internet connections and sends us no data. It contains no analytics, advertising or crash reporting services.

## What stays on your device

Best scores, your chosen difficulty, sound and music on or off, and whether you have seen the intro. You delete this data by deleting the app.

## Hinge sensor

On foldable devices, Foldfall reads the hinge angle so solo mode can adjust the gap. The angle is only used on the device while you play and is never stored or transmitted.

## Feedback by email

“✉ Feedback” opens your mail app with a prepared message to hello@hmz.swiss. It includes the app version, device model, system version, screen size and whether a hinge sensor is present. The email is only sent if you send it yourself, and you can edit it first. We only use your message to reply to you and to improve Foldfall, and we never pass it on.

## Purchase

Foldfall is sold through Apple’s App Store and Google Play. Apple or Google handles the payment entirely, and their terms and privacy policies apply. We only receive sales reports, never payment details. The free Android beta is downloaded directly from this website.

## Children

The app collects no data, including from children.

## Your rights

You have the statutory rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. We hold no data about you through the app. For feedback emails, contact[hello@hmz.swiss](mailto:hello@hmz.swiss). You can also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or your EU supervisory authority.
