Digital inbox and document storage in the oneApp — rolled out to around 2.5 million app users after an intensive testing phase, together with partner banks.

Guest lecture at HWZ (Zurich University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration) in the pioneering "AI in Finance" programme (with Patrick Comboeuf) — why market position matters more than the product itself, illustrated by M8, TouchWood and DinBrudi.
A sustainable payment card made from real wood — born out of the ongoing innovation exchange with Zürcher Kantonalbank. The goal was to elevate one of the most important customer touchpoints, the card, with local materials; realised together with the specialist Swiss Wood Solutions.
A money-management app grounded in current behavioral economics — built with Johannes Hübner as part of his doctoral thesis at the ETH Auto-ID Lab and tested in a field trial. Used within the Viseca innovation team as a research and alpha platform to validate new ideas directly with customers.
MVP for a new communication interface between Viseca and the end customer — a voice assistant lets you, for example, query card transactions, with identification handled by an independent third party (Futurae), all without giving up the comfort of a hands-free system. Currently on hold.
A virtual world where customers could interact with one another and explore the bank's products.
A hands-on introduction to the metaverse for executives — from virtual meeting rooms (Meta Horizon Workrooms) to the technology's opportunities and challenges for companies. Delivered as part of the Rochester-Bern Executive Program.
